What Enrollment Period are you in?

Click button below you help determine what enrollment period you are in unless you already know.  Don't worry, there will be another button to bring you back here.

Enrollment Periods

Contact Social Security

The first step for everyone is to go to SSA.gov and sign up for Medicare.  During your Initial Enrollment Period (IEP), you'll sign up for Part A and Part B.  Almost everyone will be getting either a supplemental plan or an Advantage plan and having Parts A&B are required.  You'll be ready for a conversation with an agent after receiving your Medicare number.

Visit with people

We recommend visiting with people who have used their health coverage after age 65 and get their opinions.  Doctors, nurses, home health providers and other healthcare providers are a good source to ask questions.

Shop

You can use our link to look at prices and plan details on your own.  We recommend talking to an agent in person to make a final decision, but this at least will give you some pricing information.

Contact an independent agent

Contact an independent agent that represents several companies.  Of course, we hope that you'll trust us and we'll get to meet you, but the important thing is to get started with whoever you trust.  Check out our process if you are interested.
